1975 Mississippi Governor Cliff Finch Kontour Brand Ballpoint Pen. Finch was the governor of Mississippi from 1976-1980. Finch also declared himself a candidate for the 1980 Democratic nomination for President. His presidential candidacy faltered early when he failed to collect 1,000 signatures to be placed on the New Hampshire primary ballot. Original piece of Mississippi history.
Finch also served in the Mississippi Huose of Representatives and a District Attorney.
