1929 Herbert Hoover and Charles Curtis Congressional Invitation & Portraits. One of the toughest to find of the official congressional inauguration ceremonies program sets. Includes the official invitation to the Inauguration Ceremonies along with the official portraits of both Hoover and Curtis and the original envelope with the embossed "Congress of the United States as the return address and the inscription "Inaugural Platform B" at the lower left, indicating that the recipient must have been a VIP to be invited to sit on the Inaugural Platform during the ceremonies.. Original and official.
It does not include the program that is sometimes seen with the set.
