Abraham Lincoln Hannibal Hamlin 1860 Campaign Ferrotype Campaign Medal Button. Made for the Presidential and Vice Presidential Campaign of 1860. Exquisite bare-faced Lincoln photo on front with the words "Abraham Lincoln 1860" around the edge. The reverse frame has the words "Hannibal Hamlin 1860". Lincoln ferrotype buttons are valued, partially based on condition. We try to keep a variety of these scarce buttons in stock at all times to offer a wide range of condition and price for all collectors. The photo of Lincoln in this button is dark and has some loss of pigments - including one on Lincoln's face. The reverse photo of Hamlin is in lesser condition with a large loss of pigments at the chin area. We consider this one to in just average condition at best which is why it is priced so much lower than the others, giving you an opportunity to acquire this great piece of history at a very affordable price.
