Original menu from the House of Representatives restaurant U.S. Capitol from January 19, 1953 during the inaugural festivities for Dwight Eisenhower's first term as President of the United States. The menu is hand signed by Virginia Representative Tom Stanley.
Interesting piece of Washington, Virginia and US Capitol history.

On the menu that day was Fried Oysters for 85 cents, Huckleberry Pie for 20 cents, and much more including their famous "Bean Soup".
