This is a not often seen original 1932 celluloid pin marking the bicentennial of George Washington’s birth. Shortly before his death, composer John Philip Sousa wrote and orchestrated a march solely for the grand celebration.Colorful and attractive. The original backpaper from the Western Badge and Novelty Co. still attached. This is one of the larger size buttons in the series.
