Created by Hessler Studios in Washington, DC, and distributed sparingly which is why you see very few available today. Often considered one of the most attractive Truman portraits. At the bottom it includes the printed signature of President Harry Truman. While we have seen several of these advertised over the years as original signatures at very high prices - they are not personally signed. A very desirable and attractive portrait. Would look excellent framed
