The second is the matching regular size White House Christmas Card. "With best wishes from our family for a happy holiday season. Jimmy Carter Rosalynn Carter.
The outer large presentation folder has gold presidential seal. The inside envelope for the small card has The White House embossed in the upper left hand corner.
