Scarce President Jimmy Carter White House Presentation Pen Set. The Parker Bill Signer pen has a silver top and a green barrel which has Carter's signature and the words The White House in gold. The pen comes with its original green (Carter's favorite color) and gold case featuring the Presidential seal and Carter's signature in silver. The pen which is getting hard to find as Carter did not have many giveaways in office and these pens sets are very hard to find in good condition since they are notorious for leaking. However, this set is in very fine condition because the original owner removed the ink cartridge long ago to provent leading. A new ink cartridge was added. We do have several of the "leaking sets" available if you would prefer one at a lesser price, but this one is not one of them! It is in gift giving condition.
