Produced in only limited quantities and distributed to those individuals that had purchased tickets to the "Texas Welcome Dinner" in Austin, Texas that was scheduled to be held the night of Kennedy's assassination.
A memorial album prepared by the State Democratic Executive Committee of Texas For Those Who Would Have Attended The "Texas Welcome" Dinner in Austin November 23, 1963 in honor of President and Mrs. John F. Kennedy and VIce President and Mrs. Lyndon B. Johnson.
Includes the original recordings fo the three Texas Speeches of President and Kennedy as well as his Inaugural Address.
