Original items from the infamous "Texas Welcome Dinner' that was scheduled to be held in Austin Texas on the date of John F.Kennedy's assassination. It was Kennedy's next stop in Texas and unfortunately had to be canceled due to the assassination of the President. This is the original ticket order formsent to democratic contributors and VIP's to attend the event with Kennedy and Vice President Johnson. The event was sponsored by the Texas State Democratic Executive Committe. The order card is in excellent condition. Original.
