The issue that received the first page position was Kennedy's position on the Vietnam war. On January 28, 1967, Robert Kennedy began a ten-day stay in Europe, meeting Harold Wilson in London and advising him to tell President Johnson about his belief that the ongoing Vietnam conflict was wrong.
