Unusual lightweight medal pinback from the campaign of William Taft for President. The medal is made out of some type of lightweight metal - perhaps tin. The front features a bust of the Presiden tand "Wm H. Taft" at the bottom with an ornamental roping design around the edge. The reverse has a pinback.
