Original ornate badge from the 1909 Inauguration of William Taft and James Thurman as President and Vice President. The top attachment, chains and badge are all still present and firmly attached. The top attachment identifies the recipient as a member of the Inaugural Chorus. The medal says Taft & Sherman Inauguration 1909.
