Very nice and scarce (especially in this condition) souvenir pennant from the 1909 inauguration of William Taft and Sherman as President and Vice President.Attractive tip-on oval photos of Taft and Sherman and the words "Inaugural March 4th 1909. The pennant is made of red felt fabric hanger at the top and a "fluffy" tail at the bottom.
