Telegram from Jack Ruby from 1951, years before Ruby fatally shot Lee Harvey Oswald while he was in police custody after Oswald was charged with assassinating U.S. President John F. Kennedy.
The telegram congratulates a Miss Polly Parker a friend of Jack Ruby on the occasion of her marriage. Also includes the original W.U. envelope
Polly, to whom Ruby sent the telegram was a neighbor and family friend of Jack Ruby.
Details
Between 1949 and November 24, 1963, Ruby was arrested eight times by the Dallas Police Department.
