Interesting early speech by William McKinley in the House of Representatives May 7th 1890 long before he became President. The pamphlet was published by the American Protective Tariff League issuing what it called "This powerful and convincing argument for Protection and for the principles of the New Tariff Bill should be widely circulated" . Original. Thirty two pages.
Twenty eight page booklet "McKinley's Speech, Aug. 22, 1891. The Speech with Which the Republican Standard Bearer Opened the Campaign". Historical pamphlet that details the beginnings and views of William McKinley's presidential campaign. Original, of course.
