It must have been one heck of a year for Philadelphia, as both the Republican and emocratic National Conventions were held there in 1948.
This is an unusual sticker from the 1948 Republican National Convention that nominated Thomas Dewey for President. It features a graphic of the Liberty Bell in the center. It appears to have been produced to wrap around an object - perhaps a bottle or a really fat cigar!. Original.

Historical Notes

Great party item!
