At first a suffragette and then Miss Todd was a delegate or assistant delegate from New York, to seven Republican Conventions and a State Vice Chairman at the 1948 convention. Abraham Lincoln bust on top with enameled title bar that reads 'National Committee' with draped flags below. Supends two bars Miss Jane H. Todd and State Vice Chairman.
