1952 Democratic National Convention, Doorkeeper Ribbon Badge. The top metal bar pin with a large star at the top with an American Flag and the date "1952". Below the Star is raised text that reads "Doorkeeper" and "Democratic National Convention". Suspended from that is a gold colored silk ribbon and suspended below that is a metal shield badge that says "Chicago" where the convention was held and images of Chicago and native americans and a wagon and fort. Green colored silk ribbon that backs the other elements. Original.
