Very rare California 31 Star Parade Flag still on it’s original wooden parade stick. Stenciled by hand on to starched gauze material. The 31 Star flag was voted into the Union on September 9, 1850 California. 31 star flags were used until July 3rd 1858. Millard Fillmore, Franklin Pierce & James Buchanan were Presidents during this period of American History.
