This is an original and authentic button from the 1860 campaign of a beardless Abraham Lincoln for President and Hannibal Hamlin for Vice President. This is a ferrotype style button. Around the rim it says " Tintype photo of Abraham Lincoln in the center along with the full name "Abraham Lincoln 1860" surrounding the photo. The reverse has the Vice Presidential Candidate's photo and the name of the VP Hannibal Hamlin 1860 " around the rim, Great piece of american history at a good price, especially for one with clear pictures of both Lincoln and Hamblin.
