The President and Mrs. Obama welcome His Excellency Francois Hollande President of the French Republic February 11, 2014 at The White House. With the gold embossed Seal of the President at the top and is in unused mint condition. Original.
From the collection of a former White House Staff member.
The visit came shortly after Hollande was accused of having an affair and the French First Lady Vaerie Trierwiler as admitted to a French hospital after a magazine publishe photos of the alleged affair.
