2008 exceptionally rare set of seventeen different Barack Obama campaign buttons acquired during the 2008 campaign in Madison, Wisconsin in a State Street novelty shop, The current owner was told that these buttons were meticulously designed/produced by feminist artists. Each button is 15/16” in diameter, celluloid-like, backed by a recessed pin clasp; each with a woman, in various poses dressed in distinctive styles (many of which evoke 1950s advertising themes). No Obama collection is complete without these extraordinary buttons.

All are original and are from the Judge Charles B. Schudson collection. We have never seen another of these attractive buttons, let alone the set of 17 different. The button slogans read:
