Every day we turn on the news stations hoping for a direction - or the hint of a direction. Should we stock up on more Bernie Sanders buttons? Sell off our remaining stock of Scott Walker posters? Hope that the voters rediscover Jeb Bush so we're not stuck with 2,000 Jeb! campaign buttons like we were with Mitt Romney in 2012? Such is the life of a political collectibles and merchandise dealer. Its like predicting the stock market. Literally. Stocking up on the merchandise of a candidate on Monday only to discover that he announces he's dropping out of the race on Thursday, can be incredibly frustrating. Not to mention the cost of stocking up on over sixteen different Republican candidates. But then again today's campaign merchandise is tomorrow's collectibles....right? Chris Christie
