Hand signed autograph by Republican candidate and politician John B. Anderson. The signature was obtained in person by a member of the C-SPAN camera crew. The individual made it a habit that every time he covered an event he would prepare ahead and prepare a document related to the event from the internet or invitations sent out to events, and then ask the attending dignitaries to sign the item for him which of course they were glad to do, otherwise they would be afraid of getting an unflattering shot on camera :). This particular vent was the Independent Politics in a Global World Conference held at the CUNY Graduate Center in New York on October 7th
