Original award dinner four page program from the Great Neck (New York) Republican Club event held May 12, 1966 at Tempe Israel in Great Neck, New York. The program is signed on the front by Sol Wachtler. Wachtler was considered by many to be a prospective Democratic candidate for Governor and possibly President until he was charged and convicted of threats made against a former and lover and served an 11 month prison sentence. The event honored Nelson Rockefeller then Governor of the State of New York.
