Program from the Testimonial Dinner for James A. Farley February 15, 1937 held at the Mayflower Hotel, Washington, D.C. At the dinner President Roosevelt "pays high tribute" to Mr. Farley. Farley was considered instrumental in Roosevelt's election to the Presidency. He served as Postmaster General, Democratic National Chairman and numerous other posts.
