One of the many styles of Parker pens distributed by The White House during the Ronald Reagan and George Bush presidential era. Includes the original box. With printed signature of George Bus as Vice President h. We've always wondered why Parker Pen called these "Big Red when we've never seen a red one! "This version does have the Vice Presidential Seal on the pen. Original. Ink cartidge and tip are included, but it needs a refill if you want it to write as opposed to display the item.
From the famous Loring Presidential Pen catalog: "But it is doubtful that any administration will ever match the Reagan Administration, which seemingly carried the entire Parker line, including for the President: Parker Classic, Arrow and Jotter ball point and pencil sets in presentation boxes, two varieties of blue Big Reds, a flag draped Vector as well as a number of ball points from other manufacturers."
