A somewhat unusual ten page fold-out program from the White House event on the occasion of the Tenth Anniversary of the Chernobyl Tragedy. A seemingly odd event to celebrate until you read the title on the next page "A Call to Healing and Prevention". First Lady Hillary Clinton provided remarks, as did Alexander Kuzma, Vova Malofienko and Vice President Al Gore. A printed message from President Clinton is also included. With the raised gold Seal of the President on the cover. 8 pages. Original.
