Civil War Patriotic Cover – Secession Powder for Rats - Cotton. Clean design with attractive illustration that makes its point clearly. Cotton was the economic backbone of the Confederacy and a central factor in the Civil War. Called “King Cotton,” it financed Southern war efforts, shaped foreign diplomacy, and tied slavery directly to global markets, making control of cotton production and trade a strategic priority for both sides.
