Congressional Centennial Celebration for President Dwight Eisenhower. The set consists of three items. 1) The official 20 page Centennial of President Dwight D.  Eisenhower Commemorative Program from the event held March 27, 1990 as part of the Joint Meeting of the One Hundred First Congress of the United States, at the Hall of the House of Representatives. With gold Great Seal of the United States at the top of the cover. 2) a 32 page program titled "Dwight David Eisenhower The Centennial" with five stars blind embossed on the cover featuring highlights from Eisenhower's days as a General. 3) A round red, white and blue sticker produced for the event by the Centennial Commission (as noted at the bottom) that is reminiscent of Eisenhower's I Like Ike campaign items but adding the word "Still". Original. 

Historical Notes

During his second term, President Dwight D. Eisenhower became the first U.S. president to fly in a jet while in office. On August 23, 1959, he boarded a Boeing 707—nicknamed “Air Force One”—for a flight from Washington to Bonn, Germany
