Proclamation by Jimmy Carter proclaiming October 24th as Veterans Day in 1977. Nice large size proclamation suitable for framing. Original with Presidential seal at the top. "The era of modern aviation began near Kitty Hawk, North Carolina, on December 17, 1903, when WIlbur and Orville Wright, bicycle makers and inventors, made the first successful flight in a heavier-than-air, powered aircraft."With printed signature of Jimmy Carter at the bottom. Original.
