"Elections Are Won In The Precinct - Campaigns Are Won Between Elections!". Official contributions form that was used by campaign workers who were given booklets of these certificates. Each time they received a donation the contributors name and contact information would be entered on the form. The certificates were then removed from the booklet with one copy retained by the campaign committee (no doubt for future marketing purposes) and one copy given to the contributor. The certificates were used in 1961 focusing on the mid-term elections and a future second term campaign for John F Kennedy, whose photo appears on the form along with Lyndon Johnson. There were two colors of the form (one white and one yellow) and both forms are included. Original
