2. The Paris Covenant for a League of Nations. "Text of the Plan adopted by the Paris Peace Conference Paril 28, 1919. 16 pgs. Published by League to Enforce Peace, New York.
3. League of Nations. "Covenant of the League of Nations. Adopted at the plenary session of the Interallied Peace Conference, April 28, 1919." 20 pgs. Published by World Peace Foundation, Boston.
