Orignal pen and presentation case from Les Aspin as United States Secretary of Defense from January 21, 1993 to February 3, 1994 under President Bill Clinton. This is a Parker Vector Roller Ball pen with refill. The pen includes the Department of Defense logo and the facsimile signature of Les Aspin.
Les Aspin was intimately involved in convincing the House of Reprsentatives to support the use of force by President George Bush against the country of Iraq.
