1974-77 Vice President Nelson Rockefeller White House Signature Pen With Box. The Parker Bill Signer pen has a silver top and a black color barrel which has Rockefeller's printed signature. The pen comes with its original black case with silver trim, featuring the Vice Presidential seal and Rockefeller's printed signature. As you would expect, after all these years the felt tip has dried out so if you actually wanted to write with it you would need a replacement cartridge. Original
