Original special gold Platform ticket to the 1973 inauguration ceremonies of Richard M. Nixon and Spiro Agnew as President and Vice President of the United States. This is a ticket with gold trip around the edges that was issued to "Special Aides to the Chairman" of the Inaugural Committee and entitled the bearer to be admitted to all Inaugural Platforms and All parts of the U.S. Capitol. . Includes the gold inaugural seal in the upper left corner. This special inaugural platform ticket was produced by the Inaugural Committee and never issued so the name is blank, so it is in mint condition. It is part of a large collection of inaugural tickets and cards we recently purchased from a former employee of the Nixon administration in Washington, D.C.
