1964 Citizens For Goldwater Miller Large 6 1/2 Foot Wide Campaign Banner. We call this a statement banner since once hung this dramatic vinyl banner made a strong statement in support of the 1964 Goldwater and Miller republican team. Still has the original rope attached at the corners for hanging. Original.
Formed in 1964 as a grassroots adjunct to the regular Republican organization, the Citizens for Goldwater-Miller Committee was to spearhead the draft-Goldwater movement. The group operated independently of the Republican National Committee and utilized innovative strategies during the presidential campaign.
