1911 President and Mrs. Taft's 25th Anniversary White House Celebration Invitation. Invitation dated June 19, 1911, from President and Mrs. Taft, featuring silver printing and marked 1886–1911, commemorates the 25th wedding anniversary of President Taft and First Lady Helen Taft. It’s a special artifact that blends the personal and presidential in a beautifully symbolic way. Original.
White House invitation cards typically display the presidential seal at the top with gold embossing. For this 25th anniversary (silver) event the seal and the dates at the bottom right were embossed in silver.
