Young Democratic Clubs of Arkansas Youth Rally program for Senator Edward M. Kennedy held October 7, 1967. At the time, Edward "Ted" Kennedy was considered a possible candidate for the Democratic nomination for President or Vice President. After being trounced in the convention balloting for President by Hubert Humphrey, Humphrey reportedly offered the Vice Presidential spot to Edward Kennedy - who turned him down. Very few of these original campaign items from this early Ted Kennedy campaign exists today.
