Provides the transcripts of a ceremonial meeting at held at Federal Hall, New York, New York, on September 6, 2002, including statements by members of Congress on the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001.
Inscribed and signed to Dave Loomis for his serve to the 26th Congressional District by Congressman Michael C Burgess whose calling card is included on the page opposite the signature.
This meeting was held, by special resolution of Congress, in remembrance of the victims and the heroes of September 11, 2001, and in recognition of the courage and the spirit of the City of New York. This publication was authorized by House Concurrent Resolution 487. This work was compiled under the direction of the Joint Committee on Printing, and printed by the United States Government Printing Office. Original.
