Original invitation and program from the 1953 inauguration of Richard Nixon as Vice President and Dwight Eisenhower as Vice President. Signed by six attendees to the event, most notably Vice President-Elect Richard "Dick" Nixon and Governor Earl Warren. The event was held at the Willard Hotel, 1400 Pennsylvania Avenue, Washington, D.C. on January 19, 1953 the eve of the swearing in ceremonies. Both Nixon and Warren signed the program along with four other individuals whose names we cannot quite make out (although we do believe one is from the Honorable Patrick Hillings).
