This is the second, and last, of these scarce early Edward M. Kennedy 3" litho buttons we recently aquired. Features a young portrait of Ted Kennedy. The button is featured on the cover of "The Campaign Items of Ted Kennedy", by KPIC director and Kennedy historian, (and all-around nice guy) Harvey Goldberg. A key button for any Kennedy collector and extremely hard-to-fnd. Bright and strong colors but there is a dent in the button on the lower right on this one, which is why this is priced low. Original.

Historical Notes

In the 1962 primary Kennedy used the same slogan as his brother John F. Kennedy used, "He can do more for Massachusetts" did ten years earlier.
