With Gold seal of the president on the cover and with the gold tassel. Ten pages. Original.

In March 2000, Irish Prime Minister Bertie Ahern visited the White House to discuss the Northern Ireland peace process with President Bill Clinton. The visit emphasized U.S. support for the Good Friday Agreement and sought to bolster efforts for a lasting peace in Northern Ireland.
