1968 LBJ Dinner for Prime Minister of Somali Republic Official White House Documents. The first of two documents is an original release sent by the Press Secretary to Mrs. Johnson regarding the Dinner for "HIs Excellency Prime Minister of the Somali Republic and Mrs. Egal in the Oval Room of the White House. The two page information sheets outline the specifics for event for the First Lady. The second document is a three page list of attendees at the event the reads like a who's who of congressmen, CIA Director, Ambassadors and well connected VIPs. The evening's entertainment was provided Anita Bryan, one of her last performances at The White House before her anti-gay stance caused irreparable damage to her entertainment career which led to her bankruptcy. Original.
