1928 Republican National Convention Entertainment Commitee Badge and Chairman Letter. The convention was held in Kansas City that nominated Herbert Hoover and Charles Curtis for President and Vice President of the United States. Cast brass header with Entertainment in scroll at top with colored GOP below linked with circular medal with red heart at center and The Heart of America logo and Republican National Committtee details around. Also includes a letter from the convention's General Chairman Contrad Mann presenting the badge to a member of the Committee on Entertainment. We don't recall ever seeing one of these with the original letter before.

Herbert Hoover was nominated on the first ballot with 837 votes to 72 for Lowden and 64 for Curtis
