1909 Scarce Abraham Lincoln Broadside Poster Featuring 100 Photographs

This print is a commemorative broadside poster celebrating the one hundredth anniversary of Abraham Lincoln's birth. This print features an amazing one hundred photographs of Abraham Lincoln from the collection of Lincoln collector Oldroyd H. Osborn of Washington, D. C. The borders include photographs and of illustrations of Lincoln's various homes from the birthplace cabin to the White House.and photographs consists of illustrations of important buildings in Lincoln's life from the Capitol Building in Washington, D. C. to the Lincoln Monument in Springfield, Illinois.

In the margin below the photographs is the information about the photograph collection and the publisher. "100 photographs from the collection of Osborn H. Oldroyd, Washington, D.C." is printed on a banner at the bottom of the image with the dates 1809 and 1909 printed before and at the end. "Copyright 1908, by O.H. Oldroyd" and "Photo by I.D. Boyce" appears just below the photographs. An amazing display and resource collection of photographs of President Lincoln. Has condition issues, but still displays nicely and priced significantly lower we have seen before. We have added several photos so you can see how, including how it would likley look framed. Only the second of these scarce broadsides we have ever had in our collection. Would look excellent framed.
