If you are searching for a truly unique item from the days of John and Jacqueline Kennedy's term were in the White House, this is a truly amazing piece of camelot history. It is a linen tablecloth produced by the Leron company for the Kennedy's private residence in the White House. It is rare that an item from the Kennedy's private residence ever comes up for sale. The Leron Company of New York (Creators of Coutour Linens Since 1910) was asked by Mrs. Lincoln the Kennedy's private secretary to produce this beautiful tablecloth. We're sure it was not coincidental that the Kennedy's personal secretary and the Kennedy's selected Leron to produce this fine item since the tablecloth was woven in Ireland based on the young President's ties to the country of Ireland. The tablecloth includes the original special identification embroidery in white on the white tablecloth stating that it was produced specifically for the "White House May 1961" with the size and Leron identification included. It has an all-over damask pattern. The owners of the Leron company were kind enough to review the item in person. The item has been authenticated by he Leron company and comes with a letter of authenticity from the company. It has been carefully packed in a beautiful Leron box with ribbon. An amazing addition to any Kennedy, White House or fine linen collection. We have never seen another of these items ever offered for sale, and probably never will again.
