1973 Solid Sterling Silver Plate . President Richard Nixon and Vice President Spiro Agnew. Limited Edition Serial # 856. "The Official 1977 Inaugural Plate" of President Richard Nixon. It was issued by The Inaugural Committee in Sterling Silver as a limited edition. Great gift item.
Official Limited Edition sterling silver plate by Franklin Mint commissioned by the 1973 Inaugural Committee to commemorate the second Inauguration of Nixon as President and Spiro Agnew as Vice President. 8" circular plate with raised rim features layered profile bust images sculpted by Gilroy Roberts at center. On reverse is Presidential Seal with circular identifying lettering and date in low relief. Contained in original velvet and satin lined presentation clamshell box with gilt Presidential seal on front cover and gilt lettering on decorative spine/
