Desirable Original Benjamin Harrison and Levi Morton 1888 silk campaign bandana. Bandana is stitched to a quilt w/black cloth with well done zig zag stitching around it . Features a 39 star American flag with grahics of Harisson & Morton. Also includes a GAR badge with the text "The Old Flag and Protection". Copyright 1888 just below the flag. Bright colors, with no tears or rips, but does have red background bleeding at spots and some over all edge wear. A fine example with cloth backing. Would look great framed.
Benjamin Harrison is credited with first coming up with the idea of the Sherman Antitrust Act.
